For the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 6, while determining the amount of compensation, the following things should be taken into consideration:-
(a) Physical or mental distress or pain caused to the victim and its seriousness.
(b) loss of earning capacity of the victim due to physical or mental injury.
(c) In case of physical or mental damage that cannot be treated, the age of the victim and his family responsibility.
(d) Estimated cost of treatment for damage that can be treated.
(e) In case of the death of the victim due to torture, the number of family members dependent on his income and the minimum expenses necessary for their livelihood.
(f) Among the things claimed by the victim, things that seem fair and appropriate.
